On Friday, July 22, 2016 Lamar Odom's family staged an unsuccessful intervention to help the former LA Lakers star admit that he has a problem.
Recently Lamar Odom has been displaying troubling behaviour which has troubled those close to him. According to a source who spoke to US Magazine, the intervention happened on Friday night with his close family members such as his aunt JaNean Mercer, his ex-wife Liza Morales, his children and his cousins in attendance.
"Lamar was doing really bad and his family was going to stage an intervention on Friday" the source told US. Unfortunately the intervention was unsuccessful as Lamar Odom was surprised by the meeting and left the venue.
On Tuesday, July 11, 2016, Odom who was photographed looking quiet and recovered was with friends at a strip clubAfter finally making it from New York from Los Angeles the former NBA star turned up at the strip club at about 3:15 AM in a white G-Wagon, and hung out with 3 guys, security, and some chicks.Early this month Odom was sent packing from his rented apartment by Khloe Kardashian.
The NBA star was reportedly kicked out of a Calabasas home rented by Khloe Kardashian. TMZ reports Khloe rented the $25,000 a month house for Lamar not far from hers, soon after he had a drug overdose in Vegas last year.
TMZ claims Khloe sent him out following reports he's back on hard drugs after she found crack pipes in his home. after he was kicked off a flight for being drunk
